• RESERVATIONS
Simply call or email us to request dates. Subject to availability we will book your reservation. All reservations are payable in full at time of check out, plus all appropriate Federal, State and Local Sales & Use Taxes, Tourism Taxes, and Advertising and Promotion Taxes.

• CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Check In is 2:00 p.m. and Check Out is 11:00 a.m.
Where possible, we will attempt to accommodate your request for a different time.

DEPOSITS
A minimum deposit of one night's fee (plus taxes) is due within ten days of booking your reservation.

PAYMENTS
We accept the following forms of payment:
       • Cash / US Dollars
       • Cashiers Check
       • Personal Check
(We do not accept credit cards at this time.)

CANCELLATIONS
Should it become necessary for you to cancel or change your reservations, we will accommodate your request if possible.

We will refund your deposit (less a handling fee of $10.00) if you advise us of your need to cancel 14 days prior to your check in date.

No refund for cancellations 7 days or less. No refunds will be made due to Early Departures, Inclement Weather, Acts of God, Holidays, Festivals, Custom Quoted Arrangements, or breakdown or malfunctions of any application, electrical problems, power, water, cable or utility outages of any kind. Every reasonable effort will be made to maintain functionality of the systems.

RATE CHANGES
All rates are subject to change. Confirmed reservations will be at the rate contracted at the time the deposit is received.

SMOKING
No Smoking inside the cabins, and, please, never throw cigarette butts or matches on the ground. Containers are provided at each cabin for those items.

BURN BANS
The local fire department will declare Burn Bans for the area as necessary because of extreme dryness due to lack of rain. If Burn Bans are posted, please refrain from outdoor fires for any reason.
